- Heart-Opening Cacao Ceremony: We begin with a ceremonial cup of cacao, an ancient plant medicine known for its heart-opening properties. This sacred ritual helps you connect with your emotions, open your heart space, and prepare to receive the powerful energy of the 11.11 portal.
- Gentle Breathwork: To enhance the cacao’s effects, we’ll move into breathwork designed to calm the mind and bring you into the present moment, activating your energy and connecting you with your body.
- Grounding Yin Yoga + Reiki: Next, you’ll flow through a series of grounding Yin Yoga poses, held for longer durations to release deep-seated tension and create stillness in both body and mind. As you move through the practice, We will offer Reiki to support your emotional and energetic healing, aligning and restoring your energy, and helping you tap into your inner balance and clarity.
- Guided Manifestation Meditation: We’ll close the session with a powerful guided manifestation meditation. The energy of the 11.11 portal amplifies your intentions, making it an ideal time to focus on what you want to call into your life. Through visualisation and intention-setting, you’ll plant the seeds for the dreams you wish to manifest.

I use my wisdom, intuition, spirituality and years of experience to provide you a nurturing and kindness space. My mission is to teach you how to regulate your emotions, leave the mind and come back to your heart.

I’m Ruth I am a dedicated yoga teacher who likes to create safe spaces for people to open up and be vulnerable through connection circles. I am extremely passionate about building community and bringing like minded souls together🤍 I focus on building authentic connections and I encourage everyone to share their experiences and support one another on this journey through life. I love being able to provide valuable tools, including breathing work, yoga and meditation to help individuals navigate through life’s challenges and transitions.
