Start your year with intention and creativity in this hands-on Vision Board workshop. Seana will lead us on a journey within to identify our personal visions for the future. By analyzing seven keys areas of our lives, we will each create a visual representation of what we wish to manifest. We will share our visions with one another and determine simple steps to attain them. The boards will be infused with Reiki, and we will be led in a brief meditation to integrate everything.All materials will be provided, but participants are encouraged to bring magazines to share, as well as any personal photos you may want to use. Note that these items will be cut up for the project and any extras will be recycled or saved for future activities. The $15 workshop fee is to cover expenses for supplies.
