Belinda Hearn-
Belinda, the founder of Embodied Life, is an EFT Empowerment Coach dedicated to guiding women on transformative journeys of emotional healing and nervous system regulation. With years of experience, she specializes in helping women release self-doubt, overwhelm, and subconscious blocks, empowering them to create lives of freedom, confidence and abundance.
Belinda masterfully blends evidence-based practices, including EFT tapping, with spiritual insights to teach practical tools for emotional resilience and self- discovery.
