What to Expect:
- Guided Meditation: Start grounded and centered to set your intentions
- Vision Board Instructions: Step-by-step guidance to create a board that works for you
- Vision Board Creation: All supplies provided, including boards, magazines, scissors, glue, and markers. You are welcome to bring your own supplies if you'd like!
- Light Refreshments: Including nonalcoholic beverages and snacks will be provided.
- Manifestation Tips: Learn how to keep your vision board active and meaningful once you get home
What to Bring/Wear:
- A yoga mat and anything else you want for comfortable seating during meditation and creation
- Comfy clothes for a relaxed and creative environment
Event Space Details:
- Doors Open: 12:30pm EST
- Workshop Duration Time: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (we will start at 1:00pm sharp)
- Location: The Meadows- A serene and expansive barn event space in Canton, Georgia (less than 1 hour from Atlanta, Ga). Exact address to The Meadows will be provided to attendees in the confirmation email after ticket purchase.
- Parking: Free and ample on-site parking
- Seating: The workshop will be held in a spacious and peaceful barn. You’re welcome to sit on a yoga mat on the floor for a grounded, relaxed experience, or use a provided table and chair if that’s more comfortable for you.
