What will we do?

• We'll create a Vision Board for 2025 using paper, scissors, glue, and lots of creativity! Let your imagination flow and manifest your desires on a poster to take home.
• We'll write a letter to our future selves to open at the end of next year. A powerful and intimate moment to set intentions and reflections.
• We'll share coffee, tea, and delicious pastries in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, perfect for socializing.
• Professional Support: A psychotherapist will be present to guide us through self-reflection exercises and personal growth activities, helping us set goals and intentions mindfully.

• Supporto Professionale: insieme a noi ci sarà una psicoterapeuta per guidarci in questo processo creativo di auto-riflessione e crescita personale, aiutandoci a definire obiettivi e intenzioni con consapevolezza ed in sintonia con la nostra parte più profonda.
