Drawing from over 20 years in healthcare and deep study of ancient wisdom, meditation, manifestation, energy work and modern mindfulness, her grounded, heart-centered guidance brings powerful transformation in simple, relatable ways.

With 20+ years in music, Valentina blends sound bowls, Reiki, and her voice as an instrument to create harmonic healing experiences rooted in energy, frequency, and vibration.
