Join us in another year of vision board making to ring in the new year with an exciting twist—the addition of acupuncture! Each participant will receive a treatment of five key points in each ear that will help to calm the nervous system and align the body, mind, and spirit for peak creativity and energetic flow while making a vision board. Creating a vision board (a collage of images, words, etc to visually represent your intentions for the year) brings clarity to your goals, helps hone in on what's most important, and sets your dreams in motion! The acupuncture points support the heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, and nervous system, helping to remove energetic blockages and align your body's "qi" or life force energy so that you can turn your vision board dreams into reality.
