Vision boarding is a tool that help individuals visualize and manifest their goals and aspirations. Creating a vision board involves compiling images, words, and symbols that represent one’s dreams and desired outcomes. This visual representation serves as a constant reminder of the positive future one envisions, priming the mind for success and encouraging positive emotions.
The workshop will also include a group conversation with community members and a mental healthcare provider who will talk about the components of vision boarding and the potential benefits for our well-being and success.
Cost: $20 includes materials, non-alcoholic beverages and snacks.
