About this Event
The world's first global film festival returns to Franklin Park Arts Center. You and over 100,000 film lovers in over 500 cities across six continents gather in Cinemas, Museums, Libraries and Universities for one purpose...to view and vote on the Finalists' Films in the 28th Annual MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival. Approximately 2 hours of short films from all over the world with a variety of themes -- dramas, comedies, documentaries. With more than 900 entries each year, the Festival curates a selection of the 10 best for you to view and vote on. All films are eligible for consideration for Oscar awards!
