Bring authentic Italian pasta-making skills back home with a little help from Chef Matteo Morbini. Enjoy arrival wine and appetizers, followed by a hands-on pasta-making class, culminating with a three-course sit-down dinner featuring Tortellini Panna e Prosciutto (Tortellini with Cream & Pancetta). *A vegetarian pasta option is available!*
Chef Morbini will share his time-honored techniques and stories of Lucca and Milan, all while preparing delicious, handmade pasta you'll be delighted to serve at home with friends and family.

Raised on the classics in some of Italy’s most respected fine dining kitchens, Matteo supercharged his culinary education with formative stints in Sydney, working for Peter Gilmore at Quay, and London, where he trained under legends like Alyn Williams and Gordon Ramsay.
Matteo’s philosophy is all about maximum respect for his chosen ingredients. That and staying humble. With fans including the legendary Tom Colicchio – they just did a pop-up together in NYC – let’s see how long he’s able to keep his feet on the ground.
