INFINITALE CHRONICLES - On the alien world of Esperia, the Aelvar people lived lives of eternal youth and beauty. They suffered no betrayal of age or infirmity and very rarely had children. It was a paradise of sorts, but all of existence was owed to the gods – titanic beings that held dominion over everything. The gods demanded from their lesser creations, above all else, obedience.
One fateful day, an Aelvar queen gave birth to a son and the world would forever change. After enduring strange visions encountered during complications from the birth, the queen was led to believe her son’s life was in danger. It was. The infant prince’s fate was cast before he could even speak. The druids, emissaries of the gods, drew his name for “The Lottery” — a recurring ritual that sacrifices Aelvar lives to the gods.
The visions persisted and the queen’s loving husband took upon a quest to recover an artifact from a far off ruined city that was described by the visions. This led the king-consort to great danger and into the hands of a sworn enemy.
*CHRIS FISK is a storyteller at heart. His creative interests have landed him roles in video game development for such titles as Firefall, Defiance, Assassin's Creed: Memories, as well as multiple unreleased projects.
