3. Deal of the Year: Financial Advisor (< $20M)

4. Deal of the Year: Financial Advisor ($20M - $100M)

5. Deal of the Year: Financial Advisor (> $100M)

6. Deal of the Year: Private Equity

7. Deal of the Year: Debt Financing

8. Deal of the Year: Strategic acquisition

9. Deal of the Year: ESG Transaction

At this exceptional evening:

5:30pm to 7:00pm : Cocktail reception

7:00pm to 9:00pm : Awards dinner
