Explore the ancient practice of Mandala Creating, believed to have started in India and been used for centuries as a relaxation & Mediation tool.You will discover that developing a repetitive practice, like mandala creating, offers reflective time to engage inner dialogue and develop a relationship with your thoughts and beliefs. As with any practice, it is more about the act itself without the need for perfection. Practice creates memory for the brain and the body and the more you exercise it the stronger it BEcomes!
There are many readily available items from around the home you can use to assist in your creations, and you can use anything from crayons, colored pencils, gel pens, pen & ink, dotters, and more!
No experience is necessary to take this workshop, and as with all, there will be tea and light snacks to enjoy. We will begin our creative time with a brief sound initiation & intentional meditation.
