In this immersive workshop, you’ll embark on a meditative journey—both inward and on paper—guided through the mindful practice of mandala drawing accompanied by the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes.
Discover the spiritual history, inner benefits, and artistic techniques behind mandala creation. With step-by-step guidance, you’ll design your own unique mandala on 9x12" paper using geometry tools, pencils, and black pens, with optional coloring materials provided.
As you draw, the healing sounds will wash over you, helping to release tension, restore balance, and deepen your connection to the present moment.
This experience is open to all, whether you’re a seasoned artist or simply curious to explore creativity as meditation. It’s about the process, not perfection—a space to slow down, reconnect, and create from the heart.
