This Valentine’s Day, Mission Control invites you to a four-course dinner pairing crafted for connection, flavor, and a little after-dark magic.
Each course is thoughtfully paired with all four Mandala Tequila expressions, designed to move seamlessly from bright and expressive to deep, luxuriously dark, and lingering. The evening will unfold at an unhurried pace, where elevated cuisine, impeccable pours, and that unmistakable Mission Control vibe will set the tone for a night meant to be shared.
The Mandala Pairing Experience
Guests will enjoy a guided dinner pairing featuring:
- Pairing 1 Mandala Blanco – crisp, vibrant, and expressive
- Pairing 1 Choice of Aguachile con Ceveche or Persian Cucumbers - Shrimp or crisp cucumbers marinated in serrano-lime citrus juice with red onion, radish, cilantro, and cucumber
- Pairing 2 Mandala Reposado – smooth, warm, and balanced
- Pairing 2 Choice of Chicken or Cod - seared in a tequila citrus glaze, served with broccolini and blistered multicolor cherry tomatoes
- Pairing 3 Mandala Añejo – rich, refined, and layered
- Pairing 3 Choice of Chicken or Branzino - roasted with poblano, mushrooms, carrots, onions, and celery, served over cilantro rice
- Pairing 4 Mandala Extra Añejo – opulent, complex, and indulgent
- Pairing 4 Mango Chia Pudding - layered with coconut milk, chia seeds, fresh mango, and toasted coconut flakes
Throughout the evening, our team will lead you through the progression of flavors, highlighting how each expression complements the flow of the four-course menu, crafted the Mission Control way.
