Designed for individuals of all levels and ages over 12 (with an adult), this session offers a haven for those seeking relaxation, personal connection and fun. Perhaps you've struggled with traditional meditation techniques – no worries! As you immerse yourself in the rhythmic motion of dotting and drawing, you'll find that your mind naturally begins to quieten, paving the way for a deeper sense of calm.
Beth Goulet will provide gentle guidance to kickstart your mandala journey. But here's the magic: while I offer direction, the true essence of this class lies in embracing your unique artistic expression. You have the opportunity to choose the colors you want to work with and veer off to create your own unique designs. It's a chance to let go of expectations and tune into the whispers of your inner self.
