Coloring mandalas can both relax and energize your brain. Coloring uses both the creative and logical sides of your brain and helps your mind relax by focusing on the simple act of coloring. The repetitive patterns in mandalas help to put aside other thoughts by returning your focus to the pattern.

Does all this sound fun but you think you must be an artist to do it? Well, guess what, you don’t! We have coloring tips, colored pencils, markers, and a big box of color palette ideas to get you started.
You will receive 3 Mandala coloring pages printed on cardstock, one to color and two to take home for later!
Colored pencils, markers, and pens will be available as well as some non-messy snacks.
