Anja Yamaji's mandala art workshop offers a deeply enriching experience where participants can explore the meditative and creative aspects of painting mandalas. Mandala, derived from Sanskrit meaning "circle", is a symbolic representation of the universe, and creating mandalas can be a therapeutic and centering practice.
In this workshop, participants learn about the various techniques and tools used to create mandalas. From intricate geometric patterns to flowing organic designs, there's a wide range of styles to explore.
The process of creating mandalas often involves focus, mindfulness, and a sense of intentionality.
