About this Event
Given the success of my last two Friday workshops, and having listened to feedback from you, I can sense that:
- You enjoy the 90-day planning sessions on the Fridays - but don’t want to do that every time because there is too much repetition;
- Having me on my feet and presenting - “How to sell your Business” and “Marketing Masterclass” has been very well received.
So going forward we will probably do the 90-day “magic whiteboard” planning once a year but it occurs to me that, for the Q4 Owner’s day, I really need to make absolutely sure that every member of The Extreme Business 100 has a clear plan of action, both personally and professionally, for the calendar year ahead. This will be an Owner’s only day - I want you to have the space to think critically about every aspect of your business and every person in your business and also to be able to share with the other Owners in the room.
