Manchester Pelvic and Acetabular Trauma Course

This one day course will incorporate the development of surgical skills in a cadaveric workship with clinical decision making in pelvic trauma, from arrival at the Emergency Department to emergency management in the hybrid theatre and definitive treatment.

The faculty are all experienced pelvic surgeons, and the high faculty to participant ratio will ensure maximal hands on experience.

This course is sponsored by Synthes-Depuy. Any revenues will be donated to the Orthocycle charity, which recycles medical devices for less economically advantaged countries.

Attendees will need to bring hospital identification for admission. No cameras or telephones are allowed in the cadaveric lab.
