Get ready to join us this Summer for a relaxed, Saturday morning ride for Adults to kickstart your weekend. Starting at Manchester Bike Kitchen Sale to Dunham Massey for some refreshments. Using tracks and quiet roads
We will have free access to Dunham Massey Hall on its Free National Trust Heritage Day. With time to explore the Hall and its gardens. Please bring a lock and a picnic for yourself if you wish.Date: Saturday 20th September. 11am -3pm, 12 milesDepart: 11:00am – 3.00pm

Route: Bridgewater Canal, Dunham Massey House, returning to start.

Suitable for: Those confident on their riding skills on and off road, who are looking to build their confidence cycling.
Average speed: Leisurely social and laid back ride, 6-7 mph that suits the slowest rider.
Cyclist: Riders who are happy on tracks, waterways, shared cycle paths and quiet roads.
Suitable for all bike types: Bring your own working bike. We’ll help with quick checks before we set off. Terrain is tarmac paths.
Qualified Ride Leaders: to make sure the group stays together, that everyone is happy, safe and first aid trained.
Please bring with you:
- A helmet if you wish to wear one
- Drink and Snacks
- Money or Card for the Cafe if you wish to buy something.
- Gloves to protect hands
- Riders should be dressed in comfortable clothing suitable for the day's weather.
- Sunglasses or clear lenses to protect eyes from flying insects in the warmer months.
- A bike lock
- A spare inner tube that fits your bike.
