Talk begins at 7:30 p.m.Stress, Sanity and Sanctity: The Path to Restorative Health and Holiness begins with Hormonal Hacking and Human Formation
Description: Stress, Sanity and Sanctity: what is the connection within us of those voices we so often hear? After three decades of practicing life-affirming medicine as a Divine Mercy, Dr. John will be sharing an insight that human formation is the foundation for all other formations including the spiritual, physical and psychological.
This month we will also have speakers from the All Saints' St. Vincent de Paul conference speaking from 7:15-7:30pm about their ministry and discussing how young adults can become more involved. If participating in more service opportunities is part of your new year's resolution, be sure to get to TOT by 7:15 to learn more!
