ANNOUNCEMENTThe Refrigerated Aggregation Centre and Greenhouse Farms at Aguobu Iwollo, commissioned on April 26, 2024, in partnership with Enugu State Polytechnic, stands as a landmark in advancing climate-smart agriculture and sustainable food systems. The commissioning ceremony itself took place at the ESPOLY permanent site, affirming the institution’s role as a key partner in this project.
In line with this partnership, Manamuz Greenhouse Farm is organizing a 3-week intensive training in modern greenhouse farming for young women between the ages of 18–35.
This training is designed not only to equip participants with hands-on skills in climate-smart and innovative agricultural practices but also to empower them with opportunities to manage greenhouses after the program.
As students of Enugu State Polytechnic, this initiative belongs to us. It is our own, and we are encouraged to take part in it.
