One day event with medical, nutritional & beauty experts providing evidence based advice and discussions to support you and the menopause.There is so much information on the menopause it is almost overwhelming. This is about asking questions that matter to you and getting help and support to make decisions that are right for you - you decide what is best for you.
We will cover all the symptoms from hot flushes to anxiety, brain fog, weight gain, disrupted sleep, and so many more. The treatment options including HRT, as well as lifestyle factors like exercise and diet.

Lisa Bhatt, Registered Nutritional Therapist with a passion for empowering, educating and supporting women.

The day will start with Dr Fiona Moore who will educate and challenge misconceptions about menopause and the treatment pathways available, so you can make an informed decision.
We all know that eating well and gut health that may help to ease menopausal symptoms but how and what foods. Lisa will guide you through what this means and how to make small changes that can just make things feel so much easier.
The venue:
is the amazing Falcon, owned by Lord and Lady Northampton a coaching inn built in 1594. The Falcon has been thoughtfully restored and reintroduced into the rural Northamptonshire countryside as a wellbeing retreat with first class accommodation and fine dining restaurant. It is the perfect place to come together and enjoy the peace and beauty of our surrounding landscape.
In addition to the talks and because muscle and bone health is important you can try out Pilates or find some time for connection to self, the local community and the surrounding countryside and even open water swimming should you want.
As part of the day, our nutritionist and acclaimed Head Chef Russell Bateman will provide a lunch with produce from local suppliers and farmers from within and around the local Castle Ashby Estate to create innovative dishes that are sustainably sourced, seasonal and nourishing.
