About Nusrat:
Nusrat is a therapist at the Human Relations Institute and Clinics (HRIC), where she works with individuals and families to navigate mental health challenges through attuned, culturally responsive care. She’s also the Founder of the Cactus Foundation, a nonprofit organization advocating for child safety and preventing child sexual abuse. Over the last decade, her programs have positively impacted over half a million parents and children globally.
In addition to her clinical work, Nusrat is a sought-after executive coach and international speaker, bringing a wealth of expertise in supporting clients to unlock their potential and manage stress in a way that aligns with their cultural values and unique experiences.
