Please join us for an informative workshop on managing Stress holistically. In this workshop we discuss herbs known to support stress management as well as utilizing nutritious foods as a supportive measure. Each participant will receive handouts complete an emotional energetics analysis and then craft a custom herbal electuary to take home.We are asking for a minimum donation of $25 to cover the cost of supplies.
