This course is open to all Sheffield school staff and is not age specific. It provides neuro-affirming behavioural strategies that help autistic pupils feel safe and supported, grounded in an understanding of how and why certain behaviours may occur. Our aim is to equip staff so that all pupils can thrive in mainstream settings.
