Info: Discuss the top challenges of managing a neurodivergent staff member. - Create a support plan with an outline, low to zero-cost accommodations for support ing your staff for success. This will give you a roadmap and management tips for working with your staff.

Info: When supporting staff, there can be friction of management styles v. the needs of staff. Let's talk about how you can honor your style through support while also acknowledging your staff's needs. We will discuss accommodations from a manager's POV when "one and done" accommodations are not the end of support. Learn where you are already providing accommodations and explore additional ways to support.
