About this Event
Handling grievances is crucial for maintaining a healthy and productive work environment. Addressing grievances in a prompt, respectful, and effective manner can prevent small issues from escalating into bigger problems, increase employee morale and trust, and help to create a more positive workplace culture. In this session, Nathan will draw on his professional experiences handling complex grievances, to share tips and best practice in handling the grievance procedure.
T he session is being facilitated by Nathan Andrews. Nathan has extensive HR experience across varied HRM and employee relations fields working across the public, private and third sectors including the NHS, professional services, retail, food manufacturing, hospitality, health and social care and engineering. Nathan is a CIPD level 7 qualified and accredited People Management Specialist, with a deep understanding of UK employment law and regulations, coupled with proven project management expertise and ability to implement change.
With 18 years’ experience of working with senior leadership teams in building positive relationships with their people, Nathan works with his clients to provide sound, practical employment advice which considers the legal framework, the employee experience, and commercial drivers.
