About this Event
Managing for Daily Improvement (MDI)
Managing for Daily Improvement is a disciplined approach of measurement and communication that aligns the organization to a common vision, purpose and understanding of success. Done well, it can:
- Create a team that supports and is accountable to each other.
- Align and focus resources to overcome today’s obstacles.
- Empower your front-line leaders to take greater ownership for their results and opportunities.
- Minimize the need for meetings, focusing more resources on improvement.
During this Lunch-n-Learn, we'll explore the basics of MDI and strategies for implementation that could have you reaping significant benefits in less than a month.
