Constantly tired? Lacking energy throughout your day? You're not alone!
Many of us focus more on managing our time when actually managing our energy is so much more important.
This 120 minute workshop will help you to understand ways you can manage and boost your energy day to day. We'll look at trying to do the basics well; sleep, nutrition, activity and connection. As well as assessing where and how you spend your energy so you can make some positive changes.
This will include assessing your daily energy output and input, discussing the importance of rest and helping you to understand the power of setting boundaries with yourself, people and work.
