About this Event
Managing a diverse team can be challenging—especially when your staff includes neurodivergent individuals, such as those with ADHD or autism. These team members may struggle with time management, focus, or organization but also bring valuable strengths like creativity, problem-solving, and resilience.
In this interactive workshop, led by executive and ADHD coach Kristina Proctor, you'll learn practical strategies to support your team’s productivity without sacrificing your leadership goals.
This is not about diagnosing—it’s about understanding how neurodivergent brains work and tailoring your management approach to empower your entire team.
What You’ll Get Out of the Workshop:
✅ Tools to reduce misunderstandings and improve communication with staff
✅ Low-cost, effective strategies to support executive function challenges
✅ Techniques to create balance between structure and flexibility
✅ Tips for reducing mental load with better meeting and task structures
✅ A practical plan to foster productivity and well-being for your team

What past participants have said
"Kristina makes managing a team with neurodiversity accessible to anyone, while respecting who people are on both ends of the hierarchy. Her program was insightful, customized and refreshing."
"I had the chance to attend Kristina's workshop on managing Neurodivergent staff. Full disclosure, I worked with Kristina in the past and have seen her lead training, so I already had high expectations.
After attending, I feel like anyone in a management role should take this for three reasons:
1. not everyone feels safe enough sharing about their diagnostic,
2. many people are still masking and undiagnosed,
3. it will help your Neurotypical staff too.
Kristina helped us better understand some diagnostics, both weaknesses and strengths, and helped us think about what we need as managers, and how we can use low-cost and mostly no-cost tools to support employees in areas of need.
