Building a high-performance culture is a universal goal of organisations. To achieve this Leaders must hold regular conversations to provide development, challenge, and feedback. Leading behavioural change can be brutally hard work. Coaching is the process of helping you unlock performance and potential in others. Unlike other traditional Coaching programs this workshop acknowledges your role as Manager as well as Coach and equips you will skills to both “direct” behavioural expectations and “coach” to build trust, confidence, and motivation.

- Understand when to use a leadership vs management vs coaching approach
- Learn how to diagnose performance gaps in your people
- Understand the role of emotions in shifting performance
- Explore Dr Brené Browns research into vulnerability and how it links to your role as Manager and Coach.
- Practice using the GROW Coaching framework
- Provide powerful feedback to hold others accountable
- Create a Coaching Plan

We do not refund tickets however you can transfer your ticket. Please notify [email protected] 2 weeks in advance of event commencement date if you require to transfer your ticket to another person or to a future event date. One transfer option is allowed and must be taken within 6 months of your first booking.
