The shamanic healing meditation is an hours visualised journey that will bring healing, balance and alignment to your body, mind and soul. I will talk you though various landscapes of inner and outer delight, all fully guided by my spirit team. This is a fully directed session for the highest good of the collective group. However, please feel free to set a personal intention to your own spirit team prior to immediate commencement of the session.
After the meditation, you will have the opportunity to share your experience, thus allowing my Spirit team to deliver a related message of guidance to support your healing.

Suggestions: To ensure your comfort please feel free to bring a yoga mat and/or meditation cushion, a pillow, an eye mask and a blanket. You can either lie down or sit up. Chairs will be available if you prefer these. Your comfort is of the most importance to allow to receive the healing you need at this given time. Please bring water and a snack if you wish for after the meditation. This will help the grounding of your energies. A note pad and pen is recommended if you wish to record your experience thus allowing you to reflect upon things later.
Post-Meditation: The healing energies will require a few days to integrate into your body so please be gentle on yourself during this time. It is recommended you drink plenty of water after the meditation session. Honour yourself.
As always, there must be some sort of energy exchange to keep the energy balance in check. This session is £16. If there are any issues with paying please contact me to discuss this. The exchange is received with much gratitude, appreciation and thanks, and will secure your space 🙏
