About this Event
Join us for a communal feast at the Lewes Community Kitchen where we'll be celebrating the spring, cooking alfresco with a live music accompanyment.
We'll start with some tapas of calcot romesco, griddled spring onions with a pepper and almond sauce, champinones al ajillo, button mushrooms cooked with garlic and wine, and pan con tomato, sourdough bread topped with toimatoes, olive oil and onion.
This will be followed by chef Derren's signature Paella
For dessert, we'll have crema catalana.
This event is for graduates of our Man with a Pan programme and attendees are welcome to bring a guest.
