About this Event
For more than 30 years, Satori has thrived, explored, shared and produced truly innovative work in a professional studio space currently located at 815 Almar Ave, Unit 9, Santa Cruz, CA 95060. Satori is tucked away, hiding in an industrial complex of metal buildings. Once you step inside you are cappulted into a space dedicated to creating work with complex content in search of wisdom.
Audience is immersed in the vision as catalyst. The juxtaposition of the sculptural stage space, video mapping, light and shadow, original sound track and innovative movement vocabulary, create a transformative, visceral performance.
Satori is home to performance artist Tom Brady often in collaboration with Monica Newsam and Zlatko Cosic.
