This November Man Fu Yuan at InterContinental Singapore presents a rare showcase of the Manchu-Han banquet cuisine one of China’s most elaborate culinary traditions. Originally created during the Qing Dynasty to honour the Emperor the feast is known for its lavish spread of delicacies and refined presentation and symbolises abundance cultural harmony and royal indulgence — making it a truly regal dining experience for guests today.The experience will be brought to you by the hotel’s Executive Chef Aaron Tan the first Singaporean formally trained in this historic culinary art together with his mentor Master Chef Qi Jinzhu. Prepare for a feast that will delight both your palate and your gaze as you indulge in grand and elaborate dishes like Kun Lun Abalone Orchid Bear Claw and of course the centrepiece — a roasted whole lamb.
A live orchestra will also perform classic compositions alongside calligraphers and traditional dancers enhancing the sensory journey and evoking the courtly splendour of the evening.
