Mamma-to-be Gathering 6 April 2025 10am - 11:30amThese beautiful mornings are calm, nurturing and nourishing for pregnant mums no matter what stage of pregnancy from 6 weeks 40 weeks you are all welcome!
Each gathering starts with a mindful practice, followed by sharing in a beautiful supported circle. I share practical tips and tools on a different area of birth or postpartum. We finish the Gathering off with a restorative meditation. I will also bring along some homemade goodies to enjoy and warming tea.
The Gatherings are an amazing opportunity to connect with like-minded mammas-to-be and find beautiful friends to journey through into motherhood with!
