This is a Salsa Shines Choreography class that will involve learning a salsa footwork choreography taught by Joy Jacobsen. Practices will be 90 minutes long. The routine will be salsa on 2, and will not involve partner dancing. The first 8 weeks will involve learning the routine including the steps, styling, and body movement to the music. The final or third month will be about perfecting performance. Nobody is required to perform in this group, and the pressure is off as there will not be partner dancing. We will be selecting costumes for those that wish to perform and that will be the dancer's responsibility to purchase.
