The class will take place at 11:00am - 2:00pm, from the comfort of your own home, through live interactive Zoom class, where you will meet other moms to be/new moms, and ask any questions along the way.
While pregnant and during the early years of motherhood it is extremely important to be mindful of what you put on your skin and your baby's skin. It can all be very hard to find products suitable for pregnant women, new moms and small babies. Most skincare brands steer clear of this area because unborn and newborn babies are so sensitive to ingredients and can have a bad reaction.
That is why it is best to go natural and make skincare products yourself so you can be sure you are using quality ingredients, everything is fresh and there are no chemicals or preservatives going near your baby.
In my Mamas and Babies skincare workshop you will learn general guidelines of what you should and should not put on your babies skin. I will teach you how to make the following organic products, through live demonstration:
1. Mother's balmy oil to reduce and prevent stretch marks
2. Comfort nipple protector and repairing balm
3. Silky soft nappy cream
4. Baby oil for cradle cap
5. Baby foot massage oil
6. Ointment for eczema
You will be provided with formulas, and methods will be given in the class for you to make at home later.
