You will learn how to make, shape and bake both Sourdough and Yeasted Breads for just £65pp.So, two techniques (very different), lots of fun, and lots of learning. 3 loaves. A bag of flour. A pot of starter culture.
Mamar has now taught over 100 bakers and is always happy to share learning & understanding beyond the class. You’ll also get refreshments, getting the most fantastic foodie experience in our amazing Artisan Bakery & Delicatessen.
