MAMA Do You Choose To Join Our Mamahood Circle?
Feeling isolated in your motherhood journey? Yearning for a community that understands your challenges? Missing parts of yourself?
If you often feel the weight of parenting on your shoulders, grapple with resentment, or long for more harmony in your relationships and fulfilment in your life as a Whole Grown Woman, this circle is for you. It’s time to reclaim mamahood as the sacred, nourishing role it was meant to be.
This December, expect a cosy nest, with deep rest, gentle practise and a cosy wintery cocoon as a one off we will meet on a Saturday afternoon, returning in January with our usual Thursdays.
What to Expect:
🌺 Introduction & Key Themes:
Explore what’s alive in the field each month, from seasonal energetics to astrology, relating and parenting topics.
🌺Sharing Circle:
A safe space to voice both joys and challenges
🌺Gentle Embodiment Practices:
Honoring our bodies and spirits, including occasional practices of a spiritual sexual nature.
🌺Belief Upgrades:
Opportunities to shift limiting beliefs.
🌺Occasional Creative Activities:
Focus on specific topics or projects.

Celebrate and express together
🌺Relaxed Conversation & Cake:
Unwind and connect.
This is more than a meet-up; it’s a nurturing and transformative experience. Together, we’ll honor every facet of our lives as mothers and women—including our instincts, our need for rest, our voices, our sexual spiritual natures, our relationships, our creativity, our dreams and our own inner children. We’ll break down conditioning, cultivate clarity, and create new ways of thriving in motherhood.
🤱🏼Our events are offered to cater to both mothers and their children- no need to book childcare! Equally you are welcome to join child free too.
We recognize the deep longing many mothers feel to nurture their own well-being while also warmly supporting a sense of safety and belonging for their children.
