Join us for a Mama Wellness Walk in Honolulu.
We're creating a sea breeze sunset wellness walk for mom's to move their bodies, breathe fresh air outdoors, connect and have conversations with other moms. We love providing opportunities for our community to connect and share their own unique stories.
Our walk will begin at Ala Moana, Magic Island on the pier side side walk (diamond head side of the park). This evening walk is about a .5 mile loop within the park. This walk is beginners level with a mostly flat surface with lots of time to connect and inspire positive healthy habits outdoors.
Babies/children are welcome to join around for the walk where you can bring a stroller/scooter or bike for them to ride.
