Get your five senses ready, because we're bringing Mama Muna's Yemeni home cooking straight to Amsterdam! During this three course dinner you will discover the richness of spices, flavors and culinary influences within the Yemeni cuisine. It's not just about food! We'll also be telling you something about the Yemeni culture and its history.
When booking your ticket, you automatically select a time slot. You can then select how many guests will be having the meat, vegetarian or vegan option through the dropdown menu.
About Mama Muna
Based in West Londen but born and raised in Aden, Yemen, Mama Muna cooks Yemeni dishes for those missing the taste of home and those who have never experienced the real flavour of Yemen.

- Shafoot: fresh and savory bread pudding made with yoghurt, green chili, herbs topped with pomegranate seeds
- Adeni hummus: chickpeas in red herbed sauce
- Patata humar: chilli potatoes
Main, choice out of;
- Surbian Lamb (meat): tender lamb marinated with smoked saffron rice served with yoghurt, salad and green chutney.
- Khlonjee (vegetarian): Aubergine in tomato herbed sauce and grilled okra, served with smoked saffron rice, green chutney, salad.
