Part community connection, part yoga class, Mama movement aims to invite moms to our space monthly to connect, grow and thrive together. 🌱
Moms of all ages and stages are welcome including newly post-partum moms who wish to bring pre-crawlers with them to class. ✨
After an hour of movement and between sessions we encourage the community connection to continue over coffee or on the playground (or both!). 🦋
This is the first class of it's kind to offer three tiers of payment options to make it as accessible as possible to as many as possible in our community. 🫶🏼
