Come celebrate the grand opening of the brand new UMMA Fitness Studio with a special class designed for the Mama et Bébé community! All equipment will be provided, and no shoes or socks are needed—just bring a pad or bouncer for your baby to sit next to you during the workout, or you can opt to wear your baby in a carrier. We can't wait to see you and your bébé there for a joyful and supportive workout experience that strengthens both your body and your bond with your little one!

At UMMA, we understand that no two fitness journeys are the same, especially for mamas, and that's why we're excited to offer a unique yoga and Pilates class tailored for women before, during, and after pregnancy. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned pro, we empower you to move with confidence, offering modifications to suit all levels. Wherever you are in your motherhood journey, UMMA’s got your back, mama!
