Get ready to rise & SHINE with a fun Mama & Me yoga class as we prepare for Mother’s Day! We’ll practice flower breathing, explore springtime yoga poses, and play a mindful yoga game or two. Class will end with Savasana with your little sunshine. Geared toward kids aes 2-5 & their moms. Includes mini takeaway!
