About this Event
Join me at this beautiful venue in the heart of Earlsfield for my take on Mama and Baby Sound Baths. Putting mum at the heart, expect relaxation for yourself, whilst bonding with your little one.
It has all the elements you might expect from a sound bath. The gong's deep vibrational tones help us reach that deeper state of relaxation quickly, whilst other instruments such as wind chimes and the ocean drum add different dimensions to the sound and our experience.
However, bringing babies means that this sound bath will be a bit different. It may be that babies will make more noise than in your standard sound bath, baby might be feeding, sleeping, or playing with soft toys during the session, and we aren't restricted to just laying/sitting on our mats. This is all welcome!
I know as a mum of a little baby, sometimes they need a bit more to engage them, so expect wonderful multisensory visual elements that will help keep them engaged throughout the session!
WHO IS THIS SUITABLE FOR?
Mums and their babies!! However please note, unfortunately these sessions are typically not suitable for actively crawling babies and older.
