In this sacred workshop, participants will explore a transformative journey to deepen their connection with the Earth through the ancient wisdom of the Taíno people. Rooted in the sacred relationship between amor (love) and alma (soul), this ceremony invites you to explore how these energies flow through all of creation, nurturing and guiding us toward healing and balance.Drawing from the vibrant traditions of Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, this ceremony honors the Divine embrace of Atabey, the spirit of the Earth. Through a series of practices, we will expand our understanding of the four primary elements—Water, Earth, Air, and Fire—allowing these forces to guide us into deeper harmony and alignment.
This medicine circle will include rituals of chanting, drumming, somatic movement, elemental visualizations, guided meditation, and gratitude sharing—each offering a unique opportunity to connect with the divine essence of nature. Through these practices, you will be invited to awaken your own inner peace and spiritual alignment, while honoring the Earth and the elements that sustain us.
As we gather together in ceremony, we will create a collective space to rediscover our sacred connection to Madre Tierra (Mother Earth).
