🎉 We’re thrilled to announce that Children’s Day is returning to Malvern on Sunday, 2nd March 2025, from 12pm - 3pm to celebrate NZ Children’s Day! 🌟This will be our third consecutive year, and while it might not match the scale of our flagship event in Rolleston (happening the same day), the Malvern Community has shown amazing support! 🙌 Thanks to your feedback and incredible attendance, this event has doubled in size each year, and we’re committed to making it an annual tradition. We can’t wait! 💥
We’ll once again be inviting local community groups to join us and make the day extra special. 🎈 Our food stalls are all set, and we’re open to collaborating with as many community groups as possible! If you’re interested in being part of this fantastic day, drop us an email from next month onwards at [email protected] 📧 so we can keep track of everyone keen to get involved.
With Malvern growing rapidly, we know how vital it is for our rural communities to feel connected and included in Selwyn’s events. 💚 We’re so proud to bring a dedicated Children’s Day to the Malvern ward and can’t wait to welcome families from neighboring towns and villages, just like we did with our pilot event. 🏡
Expect three hours of FREE fun for the kids, including inflatables and other exciting activities! 🎉 We’re also in the process of confirming even more local community organizations to make the day unforgettable. If you want to get involved, don’t hesitate to reach out!
